Cell Therapy Not a New Idea

One of current medical news breakthrough reads "Mice given younger cells live longer "
This is basically the concept of cell therapy. I recall in the late 1970's when I established the Kildonan Institute of Geriatrics and gave lectures on the topic "searching for the fountain of youth", I mentioned that prominent individuals including Pope Pius XII, and actor Charlie Chaplan attended the Paul Niehans Clinic in Switzerland for cell therapy, even though many gerontologists at the time considered such therapy a hoax. I did a google search today and found that the clinic continues to function and not only treats patients but also gives courses on cell therapy methodology for gerontologists
Its amazing how rapidly medical knowledge can progress in just a few decades.
