I had over 40 slides but was able to complete my talk in 35 minutes. That's because many of the slides were just scans of the cover page of books used and were only mentioned as references.
Here are some of the topics I covered (also available on my website):
- life extension (LE) - or "Adding life to your years and years to your life"
- how gerontologists used survival curves to calculate mean life expectancy
- biological clocks and maximum life span (120 years)
- Free Radicals, anti-oxidants and free radical scavengers
- http://www.worldhealth.net/ - the leading internet portal for anti-aging medicine
- Life Extension magazine online newsletter
Later at home I realized that a younger audience would have been the best target for my presentation. That's because the maximum benefits of a Life Extension LE program occur when applied early in a person's life cycle.
