Life Extension Talk to SOUP Club

On November 4, 2010, I gave a talk to SOUP - the acronym for the organization Sons Of Ukrainian Pioneers at their monthly meeting. Meetings are held regularly at the Holy Family Nursing Home on the first Thursday of each month at noon. About 30 members were in attendance. Although I was able to use some of the nursing home's projection equipment I used my own iBookG4 laptop, flash card, and PDF format.

I had over 40 slides but was able to complete my talk in 35 minutes. That's because many of the slides were just scans of the cover page of books used and were only mentioned as references.

Here are some of the topics I covered (also available on my website):
Later at home I realized that a younger audience would have been the best target for my presentation. That's because the maximum benefits of a Life Extension LE program occur when applied early in a person's life cycle.
