Medical Class of 60-Reunion Plans

On Thursday 04 Feb 2010 I attended the homecoming meeting for the University of Manitoba (UofM) Medical Class of 1960 held at the residence on Neil M. It was very enjoyable to chat with Neil, Tony, Brian and Ian- the other member of the committee. John was not there.

Seems the program is well underway. Neil and Darcy, the U of M coordinator, plan to send out a letter to the members of our class. We were all assigned names of our colleagues to contact after they have received and viewed this information letter.

We also discussed the continuation of the bursary (entrance scholarship) that we had established in the past. I forgot to mention an additional scholarship and/or bursary that our class may wish to pursue. After I make more detailed inquires, I will let the group know whether this second bursary will occur.
